01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the w5667 Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or downloading any w5667 application — you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions contained herein.

This Agreement is entered into between you and w5667 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the Platform under an international gaming licence. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the w5667 Platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a w5667 employee or business partner.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

w5667 takes its 21+ age restriction seriously and without exception. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts where the age requirement cannot be conclusively confirmed will be suspended and all funds held pending verification or returned to the deposit source.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) w5667 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

When registering your w5667 account, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your w5667 Login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes). You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted under your w5667 Login credentials will be attributed to your account and is your sole responsibility.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your w5667 account that is not used on any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted or available.
• You must immediately notify w5667 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• w5667 staff will never ask for your password, OTP, or full payment details via any communication channel.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

w5667 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK interbank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and Retail Cash OTC channels. Available methods are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. w5667 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party payment source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

w5667 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. w5667 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Before any withdrawal is processed, w5667 may require the submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, including a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM PKT are typically processed the same day.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours of approval during banking hours.
• w5667 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above Rs 50,000 per transaction.
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

w5667 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General conditions applicable to all w5667 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wager requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• w5667 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms through collusion, multi-accounting, or exploiting technical errors will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms and expire as indicated.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the w5667 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are accessible within each game's information section or within the sportsbook betting rules documentation. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

The following general rules apply across all w5667 gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. w5667 does not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been accepted, except in the specific circumstances set out in the product-level rules (e.g., event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, the outcome determined by the w5667 server log shall be definitive.
• Maximum stake and win limits apply on all products. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• w5667 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error — and to return the stake to the player's account.
• Outcomes from certified RNG-governed games are mathematically random and independently audited. w5667 does not manipulate game outcomes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w5667 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit the w5667 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviours to generate profit on the Platform.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit w5667's promotion mechanics without genuine gaming intent.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the w5667 Platform without written permission from the Company.

w5667 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of constituting prohibited conduct. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct are subject to immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the w5667 Platform — including but not limited to the w5667 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of w5667 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w5667 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any w5667 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

The w5667 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While w5667 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w5667 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network connectivity issues, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• Any losses arising from your decision to participate in any betting, gaming, or promotional activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your w5667 Login credentials.
• Errors in game display or information arising from device compatibility issues on the player's end.

Nothing in this section limits w5667's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

w5667 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Duplicate account identification.

Upon termination of an account for reasons not involving a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

w5667 is fully committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide every registered player with access to a comprehensive set of self-management tools, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and remain in effect for the period requested by the player (minimum 30 days). By registering a w5667 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit.

14 Amendments to These Terms

w5667 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the w5667 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the w5667 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact w5667 support in good faith and allow the Company 30 days to resolve the matter through its internal complaints process.
